Happy Friday Everyone. Last night when we came home from joordanzzz@joordanzzz soccer practice, we stopped by in one of the Pupuserias (famous El Salvadorian dish made out of cheese, and all kinds of other stuffings inside the corn flour totrilla which looks like a pancake and is served with salsa and curtido which is like a salad made out of sliced cabbage, carrots, onion, chille, and it is jared in a vinegar and water with all kinds of spies).

When ever I don't have time to cook or we just feel like eating some pupusas, we will go to this awesome home-based restaurant which is not a fancy restaurant since pupusas are made and sold pretty much everywhere. A lot of ladies make and sell freshly made (on a plancha which is like a BBQ with a flat surface on top) pupusas right from their homes.

This particular home-restaurant (where the whole family works, including the kids) is one of our favorites since the pupusas are really good and you can buy all kinds of different pupusas for a very, very good price.
We have never eaten at this restaurant, but we always order the food and take it home.
The reason we like this restaurant is because it is right in our Ciudad Real Community and the food is freshly made (right in front of you) and for $5.00 the whole family of 4 is fully, and I mean fully satisfied.

Tonight we have ordered some cheese pupusas (my sons favorite), chicken pupusas, revueltas (pork and beans and cheese) and some bean and cheese pupusas.

I forgot to record or take some pictures when we brought the food home and were eating it, sorry, I guess we were too hungry, but I took this picture afterward, just to give an idea of what pupusas look like.

The cost of the pupusas is very, very affordable since they range from $0.35 - $1.00 each, depending what you like inside the pupusa. We usually spend about $4.00 to $5.00 for about 12-16 pupusas which is more than enough to get really full for the family of 4, which is amazing since the food is delicious and freshly made and you don't have to wait too long for it either.

The reason I wanted to share this with you is because this is something you don't really see or experience in most of the countries. That is why I love the third world country living since there are not very many rules and regulations about having your own home business or rules and regulations telling you how you can or cannot build your home or fence or garage or business or what you can or can't sell from your home.

I love the freedom of being able to have any business from my home or just sell anything from my home and the same is having your own business.

I hope you enjoyed this short video of this cool Pupuseria and I wish you a wonderful Friday.
