What is a DROPBIKE? and How to Use it?

Last weekend, I saw the coolest thing ever; drOpbike which just was introduces to Kelowna this month.
First I had no idea hot those bikes worked, since they were everywhere and everyone was riding them but they were not chained or locked to anything and people would just leave them all over town.

These are pretty easy and very cheap to use since the cost is $1/hr, but there is a one-time membership fee of $50.00.
You will need a smartphone and wifi.
You scan the QR code which you will use to unlock the bike. When you are done you can drop the bike at any other locations provided which are all over the city.

Why are the bikes so cheap?
The reason is that they don't require any infrastructure like bike racks and you can pick them up and drop them off at any designated areas which are all over the city.
