Con la bendición de Dios siempre, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una crema muy útil y que realmente yo considero que es maravillosa y tiene muchos beneficios, aparte son con ingredientes sumamente sencillos y fáciles de encontrar.
Les comento un poco, en mi época de niñez en una oportunidad me tomé un jugo de durazno que venden en potes de medio litro; eso fue en la noche. Al día siguiente amanecí literalmente monstruo, tenía como una piel sobre mi piel, ojos hinchados casi no podía ver, era como una especie de erupción en la piel que me picaba, dolía, me ardía, les juro que era una sensación horrible, aparte que mi apariencia era de algo de atención.
Recuerdo que mi mamá me llevó al hospital y para ello me baño, cosa que literalmente encendió más mis malestar, comenzó a picar mucho más y me desespere para aquellos tiempos tenía como 8 años.
Al llegar al hospital la doctora de guardia me atendió e indicó una hidratación y un medicamento lo cual según mi mamá no funcionó mucho. Al terminar aquello regresamos a casa, yo igual con aquellos malestares en mi piel, una situación fuerte para mi mamá, sola y sin dinero para acudir a Maturín a un especialista.
La muerte para mí era que sudara, sentía que quería sacarme la piel. La doctora me realizó una serie de exámenes para determinar la causa de la alergia lo cual resultó qué era y aun soy alérgico a los conservante de los enlatados, embutidos, jugos, leches pasteurizados y todo aquello que contenga conservante de alimentos; me indicaron un tratamiento, con crema, jabones, pastillas e inyecciones, pero lo mejor que me recomendó fue una crema casera la cual es el motivo de este post. Aquella crema tan sencilla pero me ayudó en aquella ocasión muchísimo y que con el tiempo ayudaría a mi mamá también.
Como es esta crema extraordinaria, usted debe colocar en la licuadora abundante cristal de sábila pero debe asegurarse que no haya ni un trozo de la piel, iniciar el licuado sin agregar nada de agua y paulatinamente colocarle avena, preferiblemente en harina. La mezcla iniciará a formar como una especie de pasta o crema, en algunos casos dependiendo de las proporciones puede quedar un poco floja, esto mejorará al colocarlo en la nevera y aplicarlo a una temperatura fría.
Les puedo garantizar que en mi caso particular me funcionó y alivio de forma inmediata aquellos síntomas, mi piel mejoro mucho, lo frío que estaba era muy refrescante, realmente una maravilla.
En ocasiones posteriores cuando por algún motivo me ocurría o comía cualquier cosa que generara dicha alergia rápidamente preparaba esta crema la cual rápidamente aliviaba mi piel. Este ungüento no solo me funciono a mi con la alergia, sino también con mi mamá en su momento cuando estuvo en situación de cama mantenía su piel fresca y lozana, la misma favorecía a que no le saliera escaras o quemaduras por contacto.
Si usted tiene manchas en la cara se puede colocar esta crema, le ayudará a ir mitigando esas manchas, con la salvedad que debe ser en las noche por lo que el sol y la sábila no se llevan y este contacto puede minimizar o eliminar el resultado esperado.
Yo en tiempo me la aplico en el rostro y de verdad lo deja súper suave, así que mi gente bonita les recomendó ampliamente esta crema, recordando que la misma es de carácter casero o artesanal y si ustedes son alérgicos a alguno de los componentes lo mejor sería no utilizarla, o simplemente probar en la mano con una pequeña porción para ver los resultados.
