The happiest people are all above the same level of weight because it's hard to enjoy life when you have to commit for two hours every day just to go to work and survive or when you can never afford to spend any high quality time with your spouse and kids and parents and friends just because you are too busy with your job.
You don't even truly like or because you never get to do any of the things that you like play and that you truly enjoy because you never had the time to reflect how you actually wanted to live your life.
The world is full of hypocrites and you are going to have a tough ride if you can't differentiate the truth from comfortable lies that sounds true.
You want to know the value of money, the value of freedom, the value of loving family, the value of being the ideal version of yourself, the value of living in a high-truth society, the value of being part of a meaningful community, you are going to have to get there yourself first and stop listening to all the people who actually don't know what they are talking about and who invented in their own mind.
This is for narrative and to feel better about themselves.
