Si han estado siguiendo mis publicaciones seguramente pensarán que soy una persona inconformista, ya que llevo varias semanas comentado del importante cambio que hemos tenido este año en relación al clima. Los días cálidos se han extendido más de lo habitual opacando los días del otoño, hasta hace unos días estábamos disfrutando de días propios del verano, pero como los había anticipado, no se sabía hasta cuando eso duraría. Hoy es unos de esos días muy fríos, aquellos que prefieres quedarte en la cama para no pescar un refriado

The warm days have lasted longer than usual, overshadowing the autumn days. Until a few days ago we were enjoying summer days, but as I had anticipated, it was not known how long that would last. Today is one of those very cold days, those that you prefer to stay in bed to avoid catching a cold

Es increíble como el cambio de clima ha sito tan radical, pasamos de hermosos veranillos a fríos extremos. Al amanecer pude ver la escarcha del frio sobre la hierba del jardín, de solo ver se me erizaba la piel, provocando un dolor terrible en la zona del pecho. La sensibilidad es uno de los síntomas de la ¨fibromialgia¨ que estoy padeciendo, los cambios bruscos de temperatura son cuando más se manifiesta esta afección, cuando antes disfrutaba de los días frescos, ahora no soporto la rara sensación que siento en la piel del pecho y la espalda. Esto es nuevo para mí, y supongo que con el paso del tiempo me iré acostumbrando, mientras tanto, no pude salir a caminar, por suerte tenía unas hermosas imágenes naturales de unas de las ultimas caminatas que hemos hecho en esta hermosa reserva.

It is incredible how the climate change has been so radical, we went from beautiful summers to extreme cold. At dawn I could see the frost from the cold on the grass in the garden, just looking at it made my skin crawl, causing terrible pain in the chest area. Sensitivity is one of the symptoms of "fibromyalgia" that I am suffering from, sudden changes in temperature are when this condition manifests itself the most, when I used to enjoy cool days, now I can't stand the strange sensation that I feel on the skin of my chest and the back. This is new to me, and I suppose that with the passage of time I will get used to it, meanwhile, I could not go for a walk, luckily I had some beautiful natural images of one of the last walks we have done in this beautiful reserve.

Casualmente comentaba con mi esposa que debíamos disfrutar de esta caminata por estos bellos senderos, ya que los días fríos se habían retrasados y cuando llegaran lo harían con toda su intensidad, y como pueden leer no estaba muy equivocado. Por el frio que esta haciendo en este momento, y en comparación al frio que hizo en horas de la madrugada, me atrevo a decir que hubo varios grados bajo cero. En esta zona de la ciudad, donde tenemos predios enormes descampados son más propensos a sentir la intensidad del frio, al ser barrios de casas bajas las correntadas del viento se sienten mucho más, que en las zonas de grandes edificios

En muchas oportunidades les mencioné que el clima predominante es el verano, y disfrutamos mucho la llegada de los días fríos, es una manera de descansar del intenso calor que vivimos a diario, pero como les dije anteriormente, este año el frio me esta afectando por la ¨fibromialgia¨ que he contraído. Por lo que pude leer este frio polar que estamos viviendo pasara en unos días, y al parecer va a subir un poco la temperatura, espero que con ese cambio no me afecte mucho mi salud.
