I took trail camera to forest at 12.7.2018. I did notice a bit strange tree next to it, and some marks on ground around it. But did not think anything more of it at that point, just put camera there and left. There was quite many mosquitos there to "help" on that decision.
After picking it up and looking at material did see reasons for those markings on ground. Roe deers use that tree for a training partner for fighting exercises. More than one had some action with that tree during that time camera was there.
We are having quite hot temperatures here (+30 C), so it makes sense they are doing their exercises early morning (04-06).
