This breakfast plate was amazing!! That's how we roll in the Pacific Northwest!!
The Maple Counter in Walla Walla Washington is where this can be found. They have a few different versions of Eggs Benedict. This one is the Northwestern. It's traditional but the ham / Canadian bacon is replaced with salmon, that's right salmon. Then sprinkled on top of the hollendaise were some chives. Along side a huge helping of hash browns.
This is my wife and my favorite breakfast place and somehow missed this one during previous visits.
