In my archives, I have a good number of street photographs taken recently. Despite being quite busy with various activities these days, I try to make the most of the free hours I have to go out and wander through my streets and take photos. Most of the walks these days are done during the long hours when there are power outages, since during those periods, the rhythm of the town decreases notably and a good part of the little commercial activity we have is paralyzed. In some parts of the country, there is a feeling that things have improved since the events of January this year, but in small towns like mine, everything seems to remain just as bad as before and even worse than before. I, like many here, try to keep my spirits up and have activities that make me feel good, but even trying to be resilient is something that gets tiring at any given moment... But well, be that as it may, here are my black and white street photos, the ones I love so much to take and share with you here on #Hive...

En mis archivos tengo una buena cantidad de fotografías callejeras hechas recientemente. A pesar de estar bastante ocupado con varias actividades estos días, procuro aprovechar al máximo las horas que tengo libres para poder salir a deambular por mis calles y hacer fotos. La mayoría de las caminatas las estoy haciendo estos días durante las largas horas en las que hay apagones eléctricos, ya que, durante esos períodos de tiempo, el ritmo del pueblo merma notablemente y buena parte de la poca actividad comercial que tenemos se paraliza. En algunas partes del país hay la sensación de que las cosas han mejorado desde los sucesos de enero de este año, pero en pueblos pequeños como el mío, todo parece continuar igual de mal que antes e incluso peor que antes. Yo, al igual que muchos aquí, procuro mantener el buen ánimo y tener actividades que me hagan sentir bien, pero incluso intentar ser resiliente es algo que llega a cansar en un momento dado... Pero bien, sea como sea, aquí están mis fotos callejeras en blanco y negro, las que tanto amo hacer y compartir con ustedes aquí en #Hive...

_{ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL NOTE: Photographs captured with my Nikon D7000 DSLR camera in RAW format, then processed in Adobe Camera RAW for adjustments regarding light, sharpening, contrast and depth... They were then exported to JGP format on which minor modifications such as straightening and adding watermarks were carried out using PhotoScape v3.7}
