Last Friday morning, the fog was so thick I had to keep checking the clock to confirm that it must have already dawned, even though the sun was nowhere to be seen. But this foggy morning also coincided with me waking up around 5:30 AM with an unusual level of energy (something entirely attributable to my "strange superpower" of feeling different from one moment to the next without any explanation 馃槀). So I took advantage of this happy coincidence of a foggy morning and feeling incredibly energetic to go out and take some photos, and that's how I ended up with these ones that I'm going to share with you today here on #Hive...

That morning I walked quickly to the outskirts of the village and climbed the hills to a place everyone calls "El Calvario" (Calvary). There are some crosses there and a small metal chapel... Then I took photos with the sun, now barely visible, trying to pierce the fog with its light... I even walked a little further until I was above the fog to photograph the mountains, some hills with trees, and even a pretty spiderweb full of dewdrops...

Then I descended along a different route to the outskirts of the town, where nature and open spaces begin to blend with a few houses and even paved streets... I took some photos of a forest with very tall trees near the town and couldn't stop marveling and feeling fortunate that I had covered and seen all that in less than 90 minutes... And I thought: Yes, Montalb谩n, despite these difficult times, is still a good place to wander around taking photos and breathing fresh air...
