SWC, in this opportunity I will share with you a day of new dynamics and combinations.
Cabe destacar que este día empeze con estáticos para entrar en calentamiento, hice unos intentos de swing 360 con swing 900, hice dos combos nuevos para dominarlos y hacerlos en competencias, me estoy preparando para competir y dar un buen nivel, planeo competir en la categoría profesional, siento que debo dar el paso adelante, espero dar lo mejor de mi para motivar a mi compañeros atlétas de SWC.
It should be noted that this day I started with static to warm up, I did some attempts of swing 360 with swing 900, I did two new combos to master them and do them in competitions, I am preparing to compete and give a good level, I plan to compete in the professional category, I feel I must take the step forward, I hope to give my best to motivate my fellow SWC athletes.
Me estaré dedicando a hacer tutoriales de dinamicos, bien explicados por pasos, haré estos tutoriales con la finalidad de que todos podamos seguir progresando y planeo dar mi aporte para ello.
I will be dedicating myself to make tutorials of dynamics, well explained by steps, I will make these tutorials with the purpose that we all can continue progressing and I plan to give my contribution for it.
