Hago este tipo de publicaciones con la finalidad de motivar a mis compañeros de SWC y que se animen a lanzar dinamicos, lastima que no pude seguir porque ya me dolían mucho los cayos y decidí parar para poder entrenar mejor al siguiente día.

I do this kind of publications in order to motivate my fellow SWC members and encourage them to throw dynamics, too bad I could not continue because my knees were hurting and I decided to stop to train better the next day.
