Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC, en está oportunidad compartiré con ustedes mi dia de entrenamiento en dónde empeze a hacer rutina, Dinamicos y estáticos en su normalidad.
Greetings dear friends of the community SWC, In this opportunity I will share with you my training day where I started to do routine, Dynamics and Static in its normal way.

Este día hice Dinámicos, Estáticos e hice una pequeña rutina de plancha, para empezar a mejorar ganar mas segundos en los Estáticos.
This day I did Dynamics, Statics and did a small plank routine, to start improving and gain more seconds in the Statics.
Empezaré un entrenamiento y prepararme para competencia de Street Workout Legends of the bars, la cual es muy importante para mí.
