Art Process
I drew boots specifically for female light healer, and to do so, I searched for some references on Pinterest. Not a futuristic type but somewhat the casual design, let's say a day-off type of boots, haha!
A light sketch of blue turns into a black-colored pencil brush. I thought of adding a yellow shade this time since only one shade is allowed to enter the challenge. I chose yellow since it's light healer's color.
I am not yet used to using monochrome colors, but I am used to complementing colors. I think it took me a lot of time to think of the contrast of shades.
I used more airbrushes for the shadows for the rendering. I also put some white airbrush on the tip of the shoes to show light bouncing to it.
Final Art
Finally, I added an old art of mine as the background. I just simply turned it into a textured image and edited it to a black-and-white scheme. Additionally, I put a drop shadow for the boots.
