HENRY FORD :- This book was published in 1922 in that he says Change thoughts,what world wants,give them in cheaper.
His mother used to of saying him born mechanic,his childhood's great moment was when he saw farm machinery was dragged by steam vehicle,first time he saw that horses are not dragging any vehicle.
At the age of 15 he were able to repair any kind of watch even he was seriously thinking about becoming watch manufacturer but the idea about horseless car was deep in his brain,he started work on that without the help of his father.
At the age of 20 he got a chance to meet thomas edison,and edison encourage him to continue work on engine.
Ford's employer asked him to give a promotion that if he would leave his personal affair about engines,at that time he said if i have to choose between job and automobile then i should choose automobile,Actually there was no such thing to choose from, because I knew that this car will be successful this was his words.
15th august 1899 he quit the job and started automobile business,without his personal funds he joined investors group and create Detroit automobile company,After 1 year and 20 car he resign from the company.
Four years later at the age of 40, Ford started Ford Motor Company at a cost of $ 1 million,Company made more than 1700 cars in the first year,in the year 1908-09 company sold more than 10,000 cars.
Shockingly he announced in year 1909 that the company will made only one model car which was model-T and in only one color,At that time many people believed that the low cost of the car would ruin the company soon but ford was expecting growth of the market and that happened,Cars demand and sales increased.
Fords Company was not hiring experts they recruit open minded people even they were giving jobs to handicapped people also
He started building the world's largest company,Highland Park, In the early 1920's, the company kept 50 thousand people and started making 4000 cars daily.In the year 1921 company made 50 lakh cars.
Ford's method of keeping employees was totally different.He knew little more about employee rather than name,age and marital status.If the employee don't know english,they have criminal records that's not a big issue for him,He did not hire experts because he knew what could not happen, he wanted fool peoples,because then only they could work with open mind.
