Hey! Guyz! I hope you are all in good mood reading various blogs. As a newbie in hive, I am so excited since we have a lot of communities to explore and express our thoughts, our passion, our dreams, our daily life and off course, how we love foodies! Yes, I love cooking but just simple dishes. I am not good in garnishing or cooking with a twist. I only used basic ingredients. What I love the most is that cooking food for my family and co-workers.Yes, in our office, our boss alloted fund for our lunch and most of the time I am the one cooking, so, I am the one deciding what to cook.
Today, my co-worker said that it is good I came that I will cook again vegetables for them.
So our menu today for lunch is "Buridibod"
It is a dish by the low landers or the Ilocano people here in the Northern Luzon Philippines. I first taste this dish when we went in a far flung area and they cooked food for us and it is pure vegetables, no meet and it is so delicious.
And I want to share with you the ingredients I used and how I cook it. Since, our boss forgot to get the big pans they bring home yesterday, I have to lessen the soup 馃槀. Actually, I thank God since they did not bring home the rice cooker and the small pan馃榿 Imagine that I have co workers, the 5 hungry men, delivering sacks of feed products everyday.
