so many complaint about exchanges

But I dont see anyone using btcc.com

I'm in New zealand, and finding a good international exchange is difficult but I have had great success with bittrex (commonly talked about here) but the fastest one for sign up and verification has been btcc.com. I was signed up and fully verified within 2 hours. have transferred, bought BCT and removed to local wallet. all fast and easy.

So why does no one suggest this exchange when complaining about slow verification times?

• because its not well know?
• because people had bad experiences?
• because people dont like that its outside the US?

They only trade BTC, but verification is only required from fiat -> crypto, right?

I would be interested to hear your thoughts.
