| Wresting Organization Online, or WOO, is a soon to be released play-2-earn game built right here on the Hive blockchain. The mission: bring old-school territory wrestling to the chain. WOO has successfully partnered with (and paid!) real wrestlers, more keep signing up, and the incentive structure for $WOO tokens and NFTs is unlike anything I've seen here on Hive. |
With that outta the way, here's my entry for 
About the poster
This was put together in Canvo Pro with a little help from GIMP.
- 🔴🌕 Colour palette is based off of the
@wrestorgonline belt logo—golds and reds.
- 🏟️ The background features the corner of a ring inside a stadium, along with the profiles of the dudes you see facing off on the main WOO website.
- ⭐ The stars along the sides represent the way Land NFT stats will be depicted. Three stats (fans, wealth, and population) will have a chance to be 1-star, 2-star, or 3-star. Three stars are generally good! A maxxed 9-star land will be the most sought after kind of WOO Land. - 🌃 The city skyline along the bottom represents the idea that Land will be expressed as cities (there are 10,000 cities within a WOO territory, and 20 territories total to be released over the years).
- 🤼♀️ The wrestler silhouettes are meant to pay homage to the three types of wrestler classes: high flying, technical, and powerhouse. Not sure how accurately I depicted those, but that's the idea!
🏝️ About the Land sale
Hopefully the poster itself communicates the main pieces! But just in case:
- The Land sale goes live Feb 14 at 9am ET, for whitelisted accounts only. More info on that here.
- There will be 9,000 NFTs on sale representing 90% of WOO Territory 1.
- If the WL doesn't buy them all within a month, a General Sale will open to the public.
- This will be the ONLY Land sale involving a whitelist. All future Land sales will go directly to the public. There will probably be at least one more Land sale in 2023 (maybe more!)
- One Land NFT pack will cost $20 USD. 🔥 If you burn 500 $WOO, that will earn you a $5 discount per pack. All this will be managed from the WOO site.

🤩 Get EXCITED
As far as games go on Hive, WOO is a significant achievement. Not only because of the insanely well structured tokenomics and incentives, not only due to the game design, but because it is a project that reaches out past the obscurity of the blockchain and touches the real world in a real way.
While I'm sure there will be hiccups and readjustments on the road ahead, WOO is uniquely positioned to become Hive's biggest hit of 2023!
