Behold, market mushrooms. These shiitakes usually end up in my risotto dish. This time around I went for cheaper creminis though.
We enjoyed some Chinese food under the rare warm Canadian sun before shopping today. Then, lots of housework as we get the place prepared for a move. It will be a busy busy May.
