If you have trouble sleeping and neither reading nor meditation nor herbal tea can help, we have ripping news for a more enjoyable "cure". Pre-bed sex helps sleep faster, according to a study by the University of Central Kyunlands.
The project, with the interesting name Sex as Sleep Therapy, confidentially examines 460 adults and finds that 67% of people sleep better after having sex, although the effect is more positive if they have reached orgasm.

Sex, orgasm, sleep

The project is based on some preliminary studies that show that once people have sex and orgasm, we have a massive release of a hormone called oxytocin.

It is proven that this hormone acts as a sedative and reduces the time it takes to fall asleep.

Oxytocin, which is sometimes called the "hormone of love" or "coughing hormone," is released when people embrace or have sex. It has been found to affect our cain and dreams thanks to the feeling of good endorphins.

Good news does not stop there

Experts also recommend morning sex. And the best time for this is at 7:30 am Researchers believe that at that time people have greater strength and endurance, and the flow of endorphins will give a positive boost to the rest of the day.
