Hello friends of the #SWC community, this time I bring you some shoulder routines that I did yesterday in the park.
I got to the park and did some freestyle attempts and tried the 720 which is getting closer every day.
I finished freestyle early and since I was busy all day I didn't get a chance to do my shoulder routine at home so I decided to do it in the park.
The routine consists of :
1 min lean plank holds + 10 pushups x2
Push up on pikes 25 and then 15 x2
Pulling the shoulder blade out a little bit 15x2
and then a buddy brought some weights and I did some shoulder strengthening exercises.
Thanks for reading my post. I hope you liked my pictures. I leave down there my Instagram link in case you're interested in following me over there too.
See you next time! ❤️
