This is a fairly recent memory, but one that has left us with a nice feeling, since with quite a few difficulties we were able to share a little bit on my wife Jhoxiris' birthday. Why was it special?.... Well, first because it seemed that we couldn't do anything, the rain almost didn't let us plan and not all of us were full, but in the end we were able to get together. I failed even buying the birthday cake, it was too small, and that's what I get for shopping online and not going in person for the cake.
The second thing that made this evening special was the presence of both families for the first time since we became husband and wife, plus we were rarely able to all get together during these seven years together. We were not able to have a big celebration, we were just stuck indoors because of the rain, but boy did we have a great time and proved once again that our families get along very well and were destined to be one through us.
In this picture only my brother is missing as he had to leave early, but the rest of us were there and we spent hours having fun with our simple company. I'm not usually too fond of little kids, but boy are my nieces and nephews in-law a sweetheart and very photogenic. It's been complicated to come to our homes this year 2024, and in fact we won't be around for many days, so every second counts. I'm glad Jhoxiris' birthday coincided with our visit.
Este es un recuerdo bastante reciente, pero que nos ha dejado un bonito sentimiento, ya que con bastantes dificultades pudimos compartir un poco en el cumpleaños de mi esposa Jhoxiris. ¿Por qué fue especial?... Bueno, primero porque parecía que no podríamos hacer nada, la lluvia casi no nos dejó planificar y no todos estábamos completos, pero al final pudimos reunirnos. Fallé incluso comprando el pastel de cumpleaños, era muy pequeño, y eso me pasa por hacer compras por internet y no ir en persona por el pastel.
Lo segundo que hizo esta tarde especial fue la presencia de ambas familias por primera vez desde que somos esposos, además que pocas veces pudimos reunirnos todos durante estos siete años juntos. No pudimos hacer una gran celebración, solo estuvimos encerrados por la lluvia, pero vaya que la pasamos muy bien y comprobamos una vez más que nuestras familias se llevan muy bien y estaban destinadas a ser una sola por medio de nosotros.
En esta fotografía solo falta mi hermano que tuvo que irse temprano, pero estábamos los demás y pasamos horas divirtiéndonos con nuestra simple compañía. Generalmente no me gustan mucho los niños pequeños, pero vaya que mis sobrinos políticos son un amor y muy fotogénicos. Ha sido complicado venir a nuestros hogares este año 2024, y de hecho no estaremos muchos días por acá, así que cada segundo cuenta. Me alegra que el cumpleaños de Jhoxiris haya coincidido con nuestra visita.
