2 cucharadas de azúcar o al gusto
El zumo de un limón
1 sobre de té o unas hojas de Lippia Alba
1 cup of water

PROCEDIMIENTO

1- Colocas a calentar la taza de agua (si elijes las hojas de Lippia, la pones a hervir con esa taza de agua)

2- Tomamos nuestra taza de agua y le exprimimos el zumo de 1 limón
