Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC, soy 
@jesusaguilarvz Aquí les dejo un post algo personal, quería ver mi progreso y cuanto podía durar en el handstand coreano, aún no está del todo listo ya que necesito estar más cerca del suelo y durante el video lo que hice fue ir abriendo la apertura para lograr llegar a mi limite, espero que la próxima vez que lo intente pueda estar completo, gracias espero que les guste!
