Hola c贸mo est谩n mis queridos amigos de HIVE y SWC, en el post de hoy vengo a traerles unos ejercicios de estiramientos que podemos realizar con nuestra banda elastica.
Hello how are my dear friends from HIVE and SWC, in today's post I come to bring you some stretching exercises that we can do with our elastic band.
Estos ejercicios son muy buenos porque nos ayuda a mejorar la movilidad y tener nuestros muscuslos y articulaciones m谩s relajados y para evitar molestias en ellos, para as铆 fluir en los basicos sin ning煤n tipo de molestia.
These exercises are very good because it helps us improve mobility and have our muscles and joints more relaxed and to avoid discomfort in them, in order to flow in the basics without any discomfort.
