At first, I wondered if the prompt word for this week's freewrite was different from the job of a manager. However, after doing a bit of research, I realized that there wasn't much of a difference.
Superintendent is a term used to refer to a manager or leader of an organization, school, or other institution. They are typically responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and activities of the establishment, making sure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Speaking of someone who manages an organization, it reminds me of the manager who manages the gym center I worked at.
She was always bossy, even our clients noticed her bossy nature. You guessed right; most of the clients weren't cool with her bossy attitude. She was not a very good manager, and her attitude was bringing down the morale of the employees.
I had to deal with working with her throughout the period I worked there as a staff member. I had to find ways to work around her to ensure that the company's objectives were met. Eventually, I had to leave the company because the environment was too toxic to stay there.
Was she good at her job?
My rating wouldn't be 10 over 10, since she uses me as a platform for doing her jobs while I do mine, all the while enjoying her phone time. She's not bad, but she could be better.
However, she does have one good side to her; she knows how to perform her duties, but I dislike when she intentionally doesn't do them. I always get so angry when she calls me to do a job that is meant for her.
One of the few things she doesn't waste time on is reporting that someone came in late and their salary was deducted. It is my hope that karma will catch up with her one day.
If Karma doesn't, what will?
