Good morning, Wednesday walkers.
I'd like to take this opportunity to show you the walk I took on 2 December with my twin sister. We went to Vedado on an A51 bus (this is a means of transport, synonymous with omnibus) to the stop after the Almendares Bridge. From there we walked to 19th Street between I and J, a few blocks, but at a leisurely pace. We hardly took any photos as we were a little scared by how deserted the street was. There was a wall that caught my attention because it had roots intertwined with it.
We did take out our mobile phones on Calle 23 and E. We took photos of this church
and the entrance to what must be a Turkish aviation agency.
The sun was strong, but the sky was a beautiful blue. When we reached our destination, we passed through a street we had visited a few weeks ago and saw these cats who recognised us and gave us some affection.
After playing around with them for a while, we decided to head back home. We arrived at 23rd and J, walked all the way down 23rd to L, saw the Habana Libre, a food stall, and bought a pound of chilli peppers. At 27th, we turned until we reached O. We asked for the last one for the 24th gazelle, which dropped us off at Jaimanitas. Here we had to run because we saw one of the ghost buses at the stop. Luckily, we made it in time, even though we were exhausted and hungry because it was already late. We got off at the usual stop and went to a caf茅 to buy pizza, which we took home to enjoy. It was 2 p.m. We left at 9 a.m., spent an hour on the A51, 45 minutes on the Gacela 24, and I didn't time the walk, but it was quite a while.
That's it for our day trip experience.
Thank you for reading. How have your trips been? Best wishes 馃

De all铆 caminamos hasta 19 e/ I y J, unas cuantas cuadras, pero con calma.
Saludos 馃
