Side View of a statue in front of the "Federal Reserve Building" in Downtown Atlanta Ga

One day last week, I had gone to my credit union's nearest branch

Which is the "MidTown" location. The parking lot is shared with the
"Margaret Mitchell House" but since it was mid-day, about lunch in
Fact, the parking lot was full. I went round and round several times
Then, went around the block (more or less) and I spotted the most
Unusual statue/sculpture (last two images) so yesterday I went back
To the Credit Union, found out where that sculpture was, and walked.
In the process, I spotted this, which I hadn't seen before, which is
Odd; it is directly across 10th street from both the CU and the
MM House.

I tried the filters again in my camera.

So, without further adieu or dissembling, here is the
"Mystery Sculpture" (I still have no clue who the artist is
Nor why it was placed at this corner, but I like it)
