I sliced the taters and boiled them while I cooked the sausage in the air fryer
Arranging the taters in the glass dish, I used the water from the taters to make a white sauce (basically a Béchamel sauce)
Pouring that over the taters, I added all the other junk:
Onions, Mild Italian Sausage, sliced green peppers from my garden, then Cheddar Cheese
covered that with foil and put in the oven for 20 min at 375°F
Took it out, removed the foil and put it back under the broiler for a few minutes
After I ate, I went out to water my garden; I didn't do that earlier because we were SUPPOSED to get some rain today.
His Majesty has water in several places outside that I keep replenished for Him, but He, in His infinite Cat wisdom, decided the drops from off the veggies tasted better
He almost turned over that Pineapple plant
Then He finally went to the watering can, which is one of the places I keep filled for Him
Never boring here on the farm it seems.
