Each day comes with pain and heartache,
Confusion litters our path.
In life we have little choice, but
We need not face this with wrath.
To move forward with a peaceful heart is a choice.
One that is often difficult to make.
Sing forth with joy and gladness in your voice;
you must do this for sanity's sake.
Looking back; sun setting on the pain,
The light ahead becomes clear.
Let the conflicts go, relax , and
Peace will be our gain
Taking what comes our way with joy and acceptance, will lead
To a more peaceful journey in this world with reflectance
