My Father died on April 10th 1974. We had been in an auto accident where he was severely injured, and died 10 days later.
The whole time he was in ICU, he was on a ventilator yet desperately tried to communicate with us, especially me.

You see, I had been driving our vehicle, and for many years I blamed myself for his death.
This song tears me apart every year
A lot of time and many bottles of liquor have passed, and now I am at peace with my daddy, but still
