I'm living in light I said to myself.
What else can life offer than these pleasures I've entangled myself with?
There is no stopping now, for I run the city.
I thought that was all to life so I found myself swimming in my lust.
There were those whom I thought were foolish.
They moved with a book called Bible and preach that it is life.
Hahha..I laughed, how can a book written by some senile old men of the 14th century give me life and purpose.
I was shocked at their zeal and belief still I was never interested.
One thing to note about them was their unity and love, peace and joy even when they are persecuted.
All of a sudden I woke up to realise that I was empty,
Something was missing and all the pleasure I seek was just a temporary cover to my sick self.
Where could I find this eternal peace, love, happiness that I seek?
Could those set of people that call themselves Christ whatever be saying the truth? No way!!
Then He came,
I don't know where he came from or how he came but I recognised the voice like it was a part of me that went silent for a very long time.
"I love you and I am HE you seek!!
Give me a chance let me prove myself to you." He said
Who are you? What is your name?
I am that book you said to be written by senile old men of the 14th century.
I am that peace, unity, and love you see amongst those people whom you admire their zeal and courage.
From my fainting heart and my dying soul all I could whisper was; I NEED YOU.
and that's how He found me.
I hope you give Him a chance when He Comes knocking on the door of your heart.
