It’s with great concern that newbies struggle a lot on this community. The kingpins keep floating on thousand upvotes while newbies struggle to get an upvote. It is a pity that when a new member posts his or her first post, the person ends up getting more than welcome notes with many soliciting upvotes and dragging them to follow them. If this is the support this new members get, then the community becomes hostile rather than the best social media that many praise out there. Let’s not a lie to each other, 90% or rather all subscribers to this site come to earn something from their effort. But if the veterans in this community exploit the new ones and make their lives miserable, then you are not supposing this community to grow. I will be happy to see myself with over 70 reputation and earning something from my effort. But I will be discouraged when I post good and quality posts and what many do is ignoring the content or just comment with replies that really show that the person did not read my post but just wanted to share my peanut earning.
