My food has a name, I know where it comes from.
I grow it and love it.
And chase it and hate it when it gets out.
Sometimes I want to give up.
But I don't.
My kids get the best we can grow.
I'd never thought we'd be doing this,
But we are.
It's not cheaper than the store,
That's for sure.
But it makes us earn what we eat.
And for that I'm grateful!
