A good man with nothing to loose? This is one of those series that you either like a lot or not at all. It was written by a writer for the X-files, so I was expecting something half decent, which it is.

The Know Everything. Be careful how you treat the Help, they will learn all of your secrets which they can use against you if they are so inclined, which means you no longer have any secrets. This films

Who wants to go swimming? Hard to believe that this was made back in 1975, no I didn't see this at the cinema (too young), which is probably why I tend to think of this as more of an 80's movie. Either

One Classic Movie. They don't make movies like this anymore, half surprised that Hollywood haven't done a re-take/remake on this. They seem to redo a lot of movies, Cape Fear, War of the Worlds, King Kong

Deja-vu Anyone? Bill Murray does have a certain comic style, and it is very well utilised in this movie. I'm not sure too many other people could have done it as well as he did. We have a TV weather man

Rise of the Machines One possible scenario that AI could pursue, if you believe Hollywood and the sensationalists, which I don't. I think that AI and humanity will share the same goals and hence ultimately

Only one Man. Here we have the story of one man, once again it doesn't pay to underustimate what one man can achieve if he is truly driven and determined to do so. Gandhi was someone dedicated to peace

Scream Power? Are you afraid of the dark? Do you know about the monsters in your closet? This is a Hollywood animation movie that of course has a happy ending and is suitable for the family. What do you

Rags to Riches. Most people forget that Rocky actually lost this fight, and that this film was more about his life and overcoming the odds in order to make something of his life. In essence we have Rocky

Well they did. It is interesting that this was based on the life of Frank Abagnale whom was one of the most successful check forgers and impostors in the 60's. Now of course he works as a security consultant,

Mad Max 4. Yes this was the fourth Mad Max film, and from the initial trailers it seemed that this could be worthwhile watching. In short it was, the sound track, special effects and cinematography all

Good afternoon, good evening, and good night If you don't where this phrase has come from then you haven't seen the Truman show. You probably should, it is a bit lighthearted entertainment. I was also

Coming of Age One of River Phoenix's early films, this was release in the mid 80's amongst a number of movies about coming of age. Or maybe I just remember more of them because I was a similar age and

War - What is it good for? This was probably one of the first war movies that I saw that painted a truer picture of what it would actually be like. Including the horrors and a lot of the insanity that

Can you trust what know? This reminded me of of the films that Alfred Hitchcock delivered. He didn't need an R rating or lots of gore, instead he built atmosphere with various visuals, and implied outcomes.

Anti Establishment This would probably be one of the first "anti establishment" films to be released. I believe that it is also the movie that coined the term "What we've got here is failure

One of Clint Eastwood's Best I don't believe that Clint Eastwood did a lot of movies after this one, almost leaving his best to last. This film does take you on a roller coaster ride emotionally to some

War This would have to be one of the first films that I saw Robert DeNiro in, he plays the part of soldier very well, and his performance even then indicated he was a cut above. Here we have Michael, Steven

What do you see? When I saw this the first time, I didn't see the twist coming, which doesn't happen that often. I can normally see the twist/direction that a movie is going before most people. This makes

When Drug Deals go Bad Javier Bardem gives a truly evil and menacing performance, it almost seems to come too easy for him. Tommy Lee Jones gives an excellent performance and seems at home portraying a
