Flooding is the most common problem in a third world country like Philippines, especially on wet season. But how come it's still unresolved in modern times like this?
Corruption is really the answer. No matter there are budget for projects like fixing roads and making drainages, If the root of the problem is the one who was handling the budget, then there will be no good product at all. It's just wasting money from the people.
Well I just hope one day that there will be no crocodile on the sectors of public service so that common issue like this will be resolved someday.
