Just off the coast near Anglesea are some trails in the coastal bushland. The carpark is very easy to miss so plan ahead. Trails are medium length and join at a central point so you can go in and come out a different way. There is a great trail here riding through thick grass trees. Good for XC or Enduro. Soil is coastal sand with some very sharp rocky parts. Some short bursts of uphill and some pretty good flow downhill at times. Could get pretty hot in summer but water should drain pretty well in winter.
