Next weekend forecast shows heavy rain again, so I decided to take a mid morning ride after dealing with most of my work. Little by little I keep increasing distance and elevation, hoping soon I will be able to reach one of the peaks I used to do when I was riding regularly.
It is incredible how different some areas look and at the same time, how my brain remembers most of the trails. Last week I was trying to remember how I was reaching the place I wanted to go, as I was approaching it, my mind started to get clear and I easily managed to remember.
Today, 12km on a sunny October day. If the weather lets me, I will try to at least get out again before leaving to the farm again next wednesday or thursday.
