I was going to make the title of this post “walking with the deer and my dear” because I took a sunset walk with my husband and saw the usual deer herd patrolling. But that would have been a ridiculous and very corny title!
Still, I was tempted. Ha ha.
Okay, I know they are basically just really really big rodents (and they eat our garden flowers and the bird seed from our feeders!), but they’re so elegant and shy. I can’t help but enjoy their beauty.
They are so funny because they don’t really want to have to run away. So they will stare at us until they really feel we are too close and may actually be a threat before they get scare and run off.
