A Sunday with friends. My Actifit Report Card: April 27 2026
Another day. Another report.
If you look at the picture you will see my dog walking with someone who isn't me. That would be my wife. She was a bit impatient to go on the walk and left my slowpoke butt behind. I suppose we did have limited time before we needed to get to church and she wanted to go to the early service because she had things she wanted to do today.
The biggest thing was visiting a coworker who had questions about saving for retirement. If you read my post in 
However, it was about 3.5 hours talking about investing, taxes and strategies to work the system to your advantage. What can I say.... I like using the system to full advantage to be sure :)
They actually lived in a really nice little townhouse complex with a pretty good view from the side of a mountain. Made me a little envious that they had such a nice house. At the end of the day though my house isn't nearly as nice, not nearly as organized or have as a good a view. Still, I have a house and it fits everyone who is there and there is always room for guests so I really should be grateful for that.
When I was walking to the house I smiled when I noticed the greenhouses all in rows.
For most people they are hidden from view but for those people living on the side of the mountain pretty obvious to see.
After talking investments and taxes? Time to do some writing on Hive of course. Time to walk the dog in the evening. Time to do a little cleaning around the house.
In general though? Just a lazy day with my wife and the dog. My son? The oldest was out with his girlfriend. The youngest? Out for an evening partying with friends. Guess that's what happens when you only have one week break from one set of university classes to the next set. Summer session coming up shortly :)
Well, for him. I have this week off. Next week I work a lot of shifts before a trip to Europe :)
