I took two walks today, among many other things. The first walk was around the mall, which is something one can do in any weather. Outside the wind was blowing and the day had not warmed up yet.
In addition to my walk around the mall, I also walked around my neighborhood (though I forgot to take pictures), and made dinner for my daughter and her boyfriend, after which we played games.
I’m pretty sure my true step count was over 10,000 steps, but I often forget to keep my cell phone attached to me somehow or in a pocket to make sure I record my steps!
That’s okay. The main thing is moving and being active, right? Thank you for stopping by!
