If you are familiar with the expression “March comes in like a lion," then you know the rest is “and goes out like a lamb.” But in Minnesota we have very long winters, so March goes out like a lion, just like it came in! The expression better applies to April here.
Today was another gray and cold day. We are also bracing ourselves for more snow. But we make the best of it. I went to the dog park at the end of the work day today, and there were a lot of people there! Zoey and I had a very nice Wednesday Walk.
This is the bench I always photograph when I go to the park. It looks completely different, yet the same, depending on the weather and the colors in the meadow just beyond.
As you can see, there are bits of snow and ice here and there!
