Midnight black dog on fresh white snow - Actifit: November 27 2019
We got our first real snow last night, which is always exciting. So I worked from home today because that is what everyone does in my office on snow days. But it would have been easy enough to go in. The snow had stopped by dawn.
Anyway, it meant a day of working in sweats instead of business attire, which is always nice, and I also got out for a mid-day walk at the dog park, which is especially fun when we’ve had a fresh snowfall.
It’s also a great time to take pictures of Zoey, because she contrasts well against the snow!
If you have seen any of my previous posts about the dog park, then you know this bench. I photograph it almost every time I go there so I can one day put together a collection of them. It is a constant, and the seasons and lighting change around it all the time, so no two pictures are the same.
And here's another bench at the park. The way the snow drifted makes it look like there are two ghosts sitting there.
There is so much wildlife at this park. It is an amazing place. Here are two little bird houses capped with snow.
