Flowers, trees and sunsets - My Actifit Report Card: May 23 2019
Somehow I managed to get out walking tonight even though I am up to my gills in tasks and projects.
I’m in a particularly busy phase of life right now, with a major event coming up at work, many deadlines, my three kids all graduating from school (one from college and two from high school) and many writing commitments with my writing groups. The graduation party is at my house and there is a huge amount to do to get ready. Naturally the huge work event, the graduation and the graduation party are all in the same week — in a period of four days.
Fatigue seems to have settled into my bones. Tonight after work and dinner, when my husband suggested we go walking I looked around at everything I could and should be doing and instead walked out the door!
I’m glad I did. It was a nice evening, and the air was fragrant with spring blossoms and there was wildlife everywhere. Here are a few pictures I caught along the way. As you can see from the picture of my husband, we are still wearing jackets!
