It wasn't an hour after I left when the downpour started.
The wind blew my hat into a muddy puddle.
I noticed my stubbornness in not carrying an umbrella, despite the nine I had at home.
I didn't want to get wet, so I went into a decrepit shop asking if they accepted cards.
The elderly shopkeeper nodded with a toothless smile.
As I paid, his eyes turned red and he invoked something in arcane language.
Suddenly, the shop began to twist and warp before my eyes.
The products came to life, pouncing on me.
I screamed in terror, but no one came to my aid.
Since then, I have been trapped in this rotting dimension, longing for the rain I feared so much.
