It seems Bitcoin has had a good recent run up in value, but now things are effectively shutdown. This freeze is due to some "fork" or improvement in the under lying code, but how long will it take before we are fully up and running again? I want to get in on the SALT Lending ICO, but they are on hold until Bitcoin is operational again.
