It has been 3 full days since my last cheat meal and my body should be back in ketosis. Today was quite nice with some good meals.
Breakfast was an omelet that included 4 eggs, green bell peppers, mushrooms, and cheese.
Dinner was quite nice I had 20 wings from buffalo wing factory and boy did I enjoy that.
I skipped a meal as both meals were quite large and I drank so much water that I'm not hungry.
