So my situation was I kept get calls from "banks" asking for my bank details and wanting me to apply for a loan. So I blocked the numbers but they kept calling on different numbers. Later I started getting spam emails. My friend then told me I should download true caller
This app tells you the name of person calling without having there number and tells u if it is spam. It has a setting that automatically blocks all spam and scam this is really great app. I highly recommend it. Especially if you are in same boat I was.
