Look back and learn to live.

Before allowing the present and today's problems to overwhelm you, stop and look at what you have managed to solve so far, where you came from. Because surely without being aware you have faced huge challenges and challenges that prepare you better than you think…
That is, we are not empty-handed, we have some tools even if we are not aware of it. Looking at our path allows us to face today's challenges with greater confidence.

The night always waits for the day, because it knows that it is going to come... We are all going to leave... and today, this day at dawn, it begins again.

For those who live as if they will never die…

The life you have is the one you have, and the love of life is the one that is being built at this moment. Our mental health and especially leading a life with connection, are an urgent task, we are day at a time with its 24 hours in this life, as to live disconnected from the valuable.

Sometimes suffering places you in life…
Sometimes mistakes help us to grow and understand others more... and sometimes we have to swallow the words... as well as we have more anger than love... and good justifications to be the same as what we criticize, but disguised in another color…

There is so much expert loose... so much enlightened loose... so much judge disguised... It is something that many of us live.

The delusion of moral superiority makes us condemn, even without knowing, without knowing or even finding out, and on this path, life teaches, because sometimes what we despise so much, someone very close to us ends up living among our effects or knocking on our doors. Life is a great lesson in humility, so it's good to keep what we write, what we do and remember what we shout, so that when life, the years or the road brings us to our knees it reminds us of the arrogance of criticizing the one who is doing or living something, wrong or not, But it touched him... Until life takes care of giving them a dose of humility and shame when it's their turn to live it.

Sometimes it's not necessary to tell them I hope it's not your turn to live it so that you realize, just by giving life time, you see how it's their turn to be on the other side and swallow their hurtful words.

Life imposes its trials, but maturity teaches us to choose our own battles. For this, more empathy is required, more love of neighbor. And although we all slip up on that... may conscience, allow us to remember, humanity.

Happy Day! ... Janitze. 🌹
