kill my dreams is to ask too many people what they think about them.

Not everyone can see the potential of what you are still building, because each person interprets your possibility from their own limits.

Don't surrender your vision to the opinion of others. Your life doesn't have to follow someone else's map. Sometimes waiting to feel ready is the quietest way to postpone life. We think that one day the fear will disappear, that the doubts will be sorted and that only then will we be able to take the step. It almost never happens like this.

Growing up, sometimes, is just that: to stop waiting for the perfect moment and understand that trust does not come before the road, but while we are traveling it.

To be brave is not to stop being afraid. It is to move forward with the fear still present. It is daring even if the legs tremble, even if the voice breaks and even if a part of us still believes that it is not enough.

To sleep peacefully is not to have succeeded siempre.Es to know that your values, your words and your promises went in the same direction.

If fear is holding you back today, maybe you don't need to wait to feel ready. Maybe you just need a space to understand where that fear is coming from and learn to walk with it. Maybe going to therapy can be the beginning of that path.

When faced with unchanging situations, we have the challenge of changing ourselves. Between the stimulus and the response lies our power to choose. What we say about a person when he is not present also builds culture. Rumors, backbiting and talking negatively about others may seem like harmless conversations, but they end up deteriorating trust, polluting the environment and creating spaces for confrontation.

A good self-leadership practice is to ask ourselves before speaking: Does this thing I'm going to say build or destroy? Am I providing a solution or fueling a problem? Could it be that my fear won't let me move forward?.

Taking care of our words is also taking care of our people, our teams and the culture we want to build... And this applies to every area. The fastest way to build a path is by creating more space in each conversation to learning to transform, to make mistakes, to start over and, above all, to stay having the opportunity to stop for a moment and look back.

And when one looks at the road traveled, one realizes that not only have years passed. People have passed, stories. Projects were born.

Communities have grown. And we have seen how what started as a dream has become a school. How beautiful it is to be able to look back and say, this was the fastest way to lose the fear of growing up...IT WAS WORTH IT.
