Going through a difficult situation, it is very difficult, it is like a betrayal that we feel between chest and back like an agony...

There's something I find fascinating about nature: some of its most extraordinary transformations happen in the dark.

A seed needs to be buried to start taking root. A caterpillar goes through an extraordinary transformation inside its chrysalis. A baby develops for nine months in its mother's womb.

All these processes have something in common: the most important thing is happening long before we can see the result.

I wonder how many times we forget this when it comes to our own life.

We live obsessed with having clarity, with moving forward, with having answers, with showing results. It is difficult for us to accept those periods when everything seems to be at a standstill, when we do not know what to do with our injuries, our losses or our uncertainties.

We have learned to measure growth in too limited a way.

The reality is that there are transformations that are not manifested in great achievements, but in the way we begin to understand our history, in the beliefs we dare to question and in the relationship we build with ourselves.

I deeply believe that even the most painful experiences can leave us with something valuable, if we are willing to look beyond the pain.

Nature testifies that not everything that grows needs light from the very beginning. Sometimes the most profound transformations begin precisely in the dark. Surely it has happened to us that we have had to ask for forgiveness even when we have every reason to get upset.

There are also those who apologize for crying, for needing company, for saying that something hurt them. And when they finally dare to express an awkwardness, they feel that they are being selfish or exaggerated. But aha, at what point did we assume that in order to deserve affection we had to try not to make anyone uncomfortable?
Because the saddest thing is that we learned to keep quiet so that they wouldn't stop loving us, and today we continue to swallow everything we feel, even with people who love and accept us without demanding our silence.

Thanks to my purpose of cultivating and harvesting buen vivir, I always try to remember that health and integral well-being also depend on the tranquility with which we manage our day to day.

That's why I'm sure that having a stable, fluid and fast connection saves us stress, optimizes our time and gives us the mental peace necessary to always be close to those we love.

We have to walk through the darknesses, we can't skip them, in order to get out of that dark night and it's so difficult to go through these situations, but it's also true that that's where the transformation exists.

Everything in this life is transitory, at least I come back to myself after the darkness. And we, like the seeds, also need some dark seasons when we are going through a difficult situation to take root, before blooming again to continue growing and evolving in life..
